Impact Awards Nomination Form
The Kaitiaki o Ara/SADD Impact Awards celebrate students and groups creating positive change through road safety leadership, advocacy, education, and action.
You can nominate yourself, your group, or someone else's great work using the form below. You only need to submit one nomination to be considered for both monthly recognition and end-of-year awards.
Nominations can be submitted through this form, or may be identified through activities and evidence shared with SADD staff, including through the Activity Hub reporting tool.
