Hey, I’m Hannah Geater and this year I am beyond excited to be the Kaitiaki Ara SADD Deputy Youth Board Representative.

I originally got involved with SADD in high school, which led me to being a National Leader in 2024 and 2025.

This year I aim to make a positive impact in New Zealand’s road safety alongside Olivia Adie. We have a few cool things in mind and can’t wait to see how they go!

I spent the past 10 years living in Stratford, a small town in Taranaki. Recently, I made the move to Wellington to attend Victoria University to study a Bachelor of Science.

Some interests of mine are dance, theatre, public speaking and learning NZSL. Overall, I love to keep myself busy and try get involved with a bit of everything, including running a business.

I’m excited to see where this role in SADD takes me over the next two years.
