Deklin Frew-Parks

Regional Leader 2024-2025

Deklin has been a strong advocate for youth-led, peer-to-peer road safety during his time in the RLP, speaking at multiple events and championing positive change. As an enthusiastic moped rider, he naturally gravitated toward improving moped, scooter, and motorcycle safety.

His facilitation skills have grown significantly, leading peer-driven motorcycle safety sessions that help young people make smart choices and wear the right gear. He also created his own motorcycle safety quiz, which has become a great icebreaker in these sessions.

Deklin spearheaded SADD’s new motorcycle safety webpage, producing resources such as posters and videos. He has also represented SADD at major events including SASTA and the Rail Safety Week launch at Parliament, and features regularly across SADD’s social media.
