Jaeger has been leading his Big Wheels, Big Risks project, which raises awareness about safely sharing the road with large farm vehicles and trucks. Focusing on a key issue for rural youth, he has established partnerships with local road safety coordinators, trucking companies, and other community organisations across South Canterbury to develop an engaging campaign. The project includes a video series highlighting the risks associated with heavy vehicles, alongside posters, social media content, and plans for a live interactive demonstration to show students vehicle blind spots. Jaeger is also developing supporting resources that can be shared with rural SADD groups, making it easier for other schools to deliver similar road safety education in their own communities.
