Esha Chandra

Esha is a confident and articulate leader with a passion for public speaking and engaging other young people in road safety. She initially set out to deliver a series of talks across Wellington high schools to promote SADD and encourage more students to get involved. When she faced challenges connecting with schools, Esha adapted her approach and, with support from Wellington City Council, organised a debate to engage and inspire new SADD members across the region. Esha is now looking to lead the development of a social media campaign raising awareness of the upcoming driver licence changes and what they will mean for young drivers.
