It has been a privilege to watch Ella grow into the incredible leader she is today. She eagerly participates in local events and embraces every challenge. Passionate about engaging younger students in SADD, Ella invited local FENZ members to speak with her group about peer pressure. During this kōrero, she realised many students couldn’t recognise what peer pressure looked like, inspiring her to develop an interactive game that presents real-life scenarios and encourages discussion about positive and negative peer pressure and how to navigate each.
