Abbygail has initiated a project focusing on dangerous driving, speeding, distraction, drink / drug driving, and fatigue. As these are some of the major causes of crashes on our roads every day. Abbygail’s project is called “One Split Second” , a documentary on the impact of dangerous driving. Abbygail believes many people underestimate the risks until it’s too late. This project aims to raise awareness, change attitudes, and encourage safer driving choices.
Abby has been interviewing multiple people in her community. She is near the end of her interviewing process and will then work on editing and putting it all together. Abby has also been invited to speak at the NZIDE conference.
